Our 2 lb.(approx.) Amish-style Roll Butter is 84% butterfat and made by the batch in a churn. Throughout Five Generations we have continued to make our Amish Style Butter in small batch churns with naturally cultured cream. The slow churning process gives the butter an authentic thick texture and then we mix it with additive-free Sea Salt before hand-packing the butter for you to enjoy as a table butter or for cooking.

This blend is in honor of the beloved Chihuahua. This Tex-Mex blend has just the right amount of zip. It’s not too hot, yet it will make your taste buds take notice. We love it on fish tacos, pork chops and pork tenderloin. We also like to make chicken, beef, and shellfish tacos with it. Why buy Taco mix from the store that has “stuff” in it like MSG and other undesirables? Plus, it costs a lot less! Add it to chili. You can put it on ripe avocados for a quick guacamole. Mom loves it on russet potatoes that have been cut into wedges, coated with a little olive oil and roasted in the oven. Add it to sour cream and yogurt for a chip dip. Wow-a is right!
